Evidence, corrections, and commercial boundaries
The editorial standard is simple: explain the decision, cite the strongest available source, and do not turn a missing provider fact into a marketing claim.
Research and sources
Service guidance begins with government, safety, standards, code, university, or established trade references where they are available. Links are shown on the relevant page. Source language is summarized rather than copied, and online guidance never replaces an onsite diagnosis.
Reviews, ratings, and projects
Customer feedback is eligible only when its source, service, provider, date, permission, and wording can be verified. Ratings are never generated from examples. Project photos must identify whether they are original work, licensed stock, or illustration; an image is not evidence of a local completed job unless the project can be verified.
Commercial independence
Advertising, lead routing, or provider participation does not permit false licenses, offices, availability, prices, warranties, or endorsements. Paid landing pages remain excluded from organic indexing and visibly disclose service-request collection.
Corrections
Material corrections should update the affected page, its review date, and any structured data. Questions or correction requests can be raised through the phone number shown on every page.
